Delivery and Collection

Australia-wide and international delivery options are available. Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 weeks. Viewing can be organised upon request in the Metro Melbourne area.

Shipping cost

All shipping prices are charged in Australian dollars. Costs are calculated depending on the artwork size, weight and shipping location. All deliveries require signature upon delivery.

Packaging

Each artwork is delivered in secure packaging.

International Shipping

If you are interested in international shipping, please email your delivery address and details of the artwork you are interested in to enquiries@kseniashinkarenko.com for a shipping quote.

RETURNS

All sales are final and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged, therefor please ensure you take your time in considering your purchase.

Transit insurance

All online purchases from this website are covered by transit insurance during shipping. If your artwork is damaged during transit, you may be entitled to a refund.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the order within 24 hours of delivery. If the artwork is damaged during transit, please email enquiries@kseniashinkarenko.com with the reference photos and description to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Accuracy of Content

While all photographs are taken in natural light to display the artworks as accurately as possible, please note that colours may vary from screen to screen.
